Zerion Wallet Makes Big Airdrop

Zerion Wallet: big airdrop for free

Zerion Wallet is one of the best wallets I've ever used, and I explained it to you a year ago when it was first launched.

Today, they've launched their own network, Zero, and we’ll test it on the testnet to receive an airdrop. The wallet has raised $22.5 million from various investors.

(Available for free use)

First, an optional paid step is highly recommended: getting an NFT on ZORA to celebrate the launch. Follow this link to mint it on the Base network, for example:

Now, let’s get started with the process. You need to download their extension wallet:

You can create a new wallet or restore your existing wallet, such as MetaMask. MetaMask is highly recommended, but you are responsible for your actions. I have my MetaMask wallet connected for a long time. Once you open the wallet, go to settings, click on Developer Tools, and then enable the Testnet.

After setting up the wallet, we can start testing the network. Connect your Zerion wallet to the bridge:

Zero Network Bridge

Transfer test tokens from Sepolia to the Zero testnet. You can add the new Zero network manually or through the bridge as shown in the image:

- Network name: ZERĪ´ Testnet

- Network URL: https://rpc.zerion.io/v1/zero-sepolia

- Chain ID: 4457845

- Currency symbol: ETH

- Block explorer URL: https://explorer.zero.network

If you don't have Sepolia test tokens, you can get them from the faucet (you need to have some ETH to use it for Anti-Sybil measures):

Sepolia Faucet

You can view your transactions through their explorer:

That’s all you can do for now. We will explore more of the ecosystem in the next tutorial. For now, repeat this step every few days to create transactions between Sepolia and Zero, and vice versa.

Thank you for reading.
